Happy 4th of July! - RRR Blog Hop!


Hello!! Welcome to the June Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog hop. This month we are having a special combined hop with the gals from Flower Soft! I LOVE this stuff...so fun to play with!!! If you are here from Debbie's wonderful blog, you are in the right place! If not, you may want to start over at the Flower Soft Blog, so you don't miss anything!

I am feeling really patriotic with this month's Ribbon of the Month Assortment! Lots of Red, White and Blue in there! When I saw it the first thing that popped into my mind was a flag...it has the perfect ribbons to recreate one on a card!



I have used the diamond satin red and white for the stripes and the blue satin with stars for the star portion of the flag. To accentuate the stars a bit, I added a frame of gold flower soft. The sentiment is from the Ready 4 Any Holiday set from Kitchen Sink Stamps stamped onto the ribbon tag die cut from spellbinders. To finish off the card, I added a couple of gold stars with some red gems!
