Snow Man Giftcard Holder!

Happy Kitchen Sink Monday!! I needed a few wintery gift card holders for my Nephews and automatically thought of the Invisible Snowman Set from Kitchen Sink Stamps!

I stamped the hat, carrot, button eyes, mouth and pipe first. Once they were all stamped, I punched 2" circle and used it as a mask to create the round snowball face! To finish off the card, I added the sentiment, and some brown satin wrinkled ribbon!

Please head on over to see what my fellow crew members have created today!

For the Love of....Borders and Frames!

Hello!! Welcome to the Our Daily Bread designs Alumni blog hop! If you are here from Lori's wonderful blog, you are in the right place! The theme this week is for the love of Borders and Frames! ODBD has just sooo many wonderful borders and frames to choose from! Here I have used the Flower Frames set!

I stamped the newly released It is Well With my Soul Background image and then stamped the largest flower frame over it to create the framed designer paper look. I then stamped this wonderful sentiment from The Mighty Seas set. I layered the sentiment on a spellbinders ribbon slide which was placed over some satin brown ribbon and crochet cream ribbon both from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store!

To finish off the card I added a stick pin with a wrinkled satin brown ribbon bow, and some half backed brown pearls from Zva Creative!

Now hop on over to the ever talented Angie's blog to see what wonderful frame she is using!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!!

Cheers! - Masculine Birthday!

Happy Kitchen Sink Monday!! I was in need for a masculine birthday card and thought what better set to use then the Cup of Warm Comfort and make the image into a mug of beer!!

To create the mug, I stamped the four layers in different yellows: Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, So Saffron and Barley Banana. I then highlighted the image with copics, and distressed the edges with some early espresso ink. To finish off the card, I added the sentiment and three yellow brads.
