Fall Beauty

Happy Kitchen Sink Monday!  Yep!  I am sooo excited for fall to come!  Not that we have changing leaves here in Southern AZ, but I am looking forward to some cooling weather!  For my card today, I used the multi step Autumn Squirrel set.  I stamped the leaves with the following combinations.  For the yellow leaves, I used Barley Banana, More Mustard and Chocolate Chip.  For the red leaves I used Regal Rose, Rose Red and Chocolate Chip.  For the orange leaves I used Apricot Appeal, Dusty Durango and Chocolate Chip.

I then paired the image with some fall colored ribbons and buttons, and dry embossed the background with a cuttlebug embossing folder.

Now, please head on over to my fellow Crew Member's blogs to see what wonderful cards they have created today!

Now onto my card! Isn't this scarecrow image from Robyn's Fetish Digital stamps just waaaay to cute! I colored him with copics, and then distressed the edges with some Scattered Straw and Walnut Stain Distress Inks. The DP is from Basic Grey's Indian Summer Package. To finish off the card, I stitched some "x's" with twine and created a chrysanthemum flower with a cuttlebug quilling die!
