The first peek I have for you today is from the new sheet called "Memories Of Patriotism". LOVE this sheet!! Just in time for some patriotic cards for the 4th of July!! My card for you today was totally inspired by Sharon Johnson...she makes these WONDERFUL tag cards, and has a tutorial for this card that can be found on her blog here! Really a simple card, but love how you can showcase so many images and/or great DPs on it!!
For my tag card, I used this great DP from Karen Fosters, Stars & Stripes Collage! Love the look of this paper! The images are stamped in palette black ink directly on the DSP. I also distressed all of the red card stock with some tea dyed distress ink. The red satin ribbon (which was also
distress a bit with tea dyed ink) is from Micheal's, and the navy organdy ribbon is some old SU ribbon I still had in my stash! For the sentiment tags, I did the faux metal technique with ranger's watermark pad and silver EP.
