ODBD For Love of Vintage

Hello!! For this month's Our Daily Bread Designs Alumni Special Feature, we are using some of the wonderful vintage set ODBD has to offer! I have used the amazing Porch Set. Here I stamped the image with Early Espresso ink on some Soft Suede paper. I then distressed the image with some additional Early Espresso ink. To complete the card, I added some wonderful DP paper, brown paper from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store, and some gold eyelets!

For Love of Patriotism and Service

Welcome to Our Daily Bread Design's Alumni feature of For the Love of Patriotism and Service!!  This month the Alumni team will be sharing creations made with sets that focus on Love of Patriotism and Service!!  For my card today, I have used a combination of two sets:  I Pledge of Allegiance and Old Flag Background.  I colored the background stamp with a red and blue marker, stamped it, and then stamped the Pledge over that!  The background is dry embossed with a star embossing folder.  To finish off the card, I added some wide dark blue ribbon and red ribbon and a few red gems.

ODBD For Love of Spring and New Life

Welcome to Our Daily Bread Design's Alumni feature of For the Love of Spring and New Life!!  For my card today I have used the Corner Flower image!  I stamped the image and colored it with copic markers.  I then cut the image out with a spellbinders nestabiltieis and distressed the image panel with antique linen distress ink.

I then paired the image with some wonderful Prima DP.  I finished off the card with some pearl flourishes from Zva Creative and some crochet ribbon from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store!

Now onto my card for today. Here I have used the wonderful new Stained Glass Collage stamp. I did a polished stone background with Tim Holtz alcohol inks and blending solution. I then stamped the image directly onto the inked paper. I then cut the image out with a Spellbinders Labels 18 die. I then layered it on some copper paper dry embosses with an embossing folder. I then finished the card off with some wonderful copper and teal ribbon from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store.

ODBD 5th Anniversary Blog Hop

For my card today I have used the Love One Another set. I stamped the image with Soft Suede ink and sponged the image panel with Worn Lipstick distress ink. I layered the image on a beaded oval nestablities and used some DP from Basic Grey. To finish off the card, I added some wonderful satin olive green ribbon from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store, and gems from Zva Creative.

Christmas Greetings Box!

For my project this week I have have created it little box using the Top Note box tutorial over on Splitcoaststampers! To decorate the top, I cut some DP out with a nestabilites end heat embossed the smaller ornament fromt the Ornaments 2 set directly on the DP with some gold embossing powder. I then heat embossed the sentiment, cut it out with an oval punch, and layered in on top of the ornament. To finish off the box, I added some fun gold ribbon from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store!

For my card today, I have used the Bless this House set.  Here I stamped the house in black and distressed the image panel with Old Paper and Barn Door Distress inks.  I then paired the image with some wonderful Basic Grey Holidy DP.  The background panel was dry emobssed with an SU emobssing folder.  To finish off the card, I added some ribbon from the Really Reasonable Ribbon store!

For my thank you card today, I have used the Keep Climbing set. Such a beautiful image and wonderful verses in this set!! For the inside I used a sentiment form the Thank You Sentiments set.

I am so excited today to be posting a special Birthday Wish to Our Daily Bread designs owner, Kelley Holland! This is a very special birthday for Kelley, as it's the BIG 50!!! For my card today, I am trying to gear up for Christmas already, so I have created a Christmas card with the wonderful Bless This House set! Here I have stamped the image and then cut it into one inch pieces, and covered each piece with glassy glaze to give it a mosaic tile look. I then created the poinsettia with the spellbinders poinsettia die! To finish the card off, I added some ribbons from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store!

Now on to my card! Today I have used Randi's Song.  I just love this beautiful set!  Such an amazing leave image! I stamped the image and then distress it a bit with different fall ink colors.  I then used the cracked glass technique on each of the leaf images to give it a little texture!  Finally, added some teal ribbon for a pop and the sentiment which is from the Birthday Blessing set.

Happy Birthday, Randi!!

Hello!! Some of the Our Daily Bread Design Team Members have gotten together today to celebrate our dear friend Randi's birthday with a little hop!! In the past 26 years, Randi has survived four different bouts with cancer, with help from the Lord and the talented physicians He sent to her. Randi is a true inspiration to all who are lucky enough to know her. She is a wonderful, witty, talented, and beautiful soul. Please pray for Randi as she walks down an unknown path, full of faith that her God is with her always.

For my card today, I have used the Birthday Blessing set. This set not only has a wonderful teacup image, but also some very beautiful sentiments. Her I have used on of those. I have punched the sentiment out with an oval punch and layered it on a lacey oval nestabilities. I then paired the sentiment with some Prima DP, some sheer ribbon from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Store, and some pearl flourishes from Zva Creative.
